Scouting report:
Jan Kostalek is a physical, puck moving defenceman that has a chance to be a solid “middle pairing” defenceman at the NHL level. His game will need some work in the minors but he has a lot of potential and is a sleeper that could raise some eyebrows in a couple of years. He isn’t flashy but plays a very efficient game.
Kostalek is definitely a player to keep an eye on.
