Scouting report:
Andrew Copp is a big physical center with a decent scoring touch that plays a strong 200 foot game. I believe Andrew Copp projects as a bottom six forward (#3 or #4 center) and although he is reporting directly to the Winnipeg Jets, the AHL is more than likely his destination for the 2015-16 season.

Reporting directly to Jets like Trouba did last year. May be the rule WRT college players. Does this burn a year of that contract? Curious why they’d do that. Roster looks pretty deep at forward when injured guys get back.
In this case Copp burns a year of eligibility so I wouldn’t be surprised to see him dress for a game or two.
