Winnipeg Jets: Segment 7 Update

UPDATE: Mar. 20, 2015

The Winnipeg Jets 7th 10 game segment –

Eleven every ten

My theory is that if you can garner a minimum of eleven points in every ten game segment (on average) and win those two extra games you should be in the playoffs (92 points) OR at least be in the hunt on the last weekend of the season.  The team would have ninety-two points.  In 2013-14 the Dallas Stars grabbed the last playoff spot with 91 points.

Winnipeg Jets 3/4 Mark Report Card: Forwards

Winnipeg Jets grades for the forwards – 

The third quarter saw a major change in the Winnipeg Jets roster with G.M. Kevin Cheveldayoff pulling off a blockbuster trade with The Buffalo Sabres. Evander Kane (season ending surgery) and Zach Bogosian were replaced by Drew Stafford and Tyler Myers.   [Read more…]

Winnipeg Jets Flying Steady

The Winnipeg Jets are “Flying Steady” but have room to “Climb Higher” –

The Winnipeg Jets have kept themselves in the playoff race despite many writing off their chances prior to the season.  I will give my two cents on the teams strengths and opportunities at the quarter mark of the season.  Flying Steady is what they have done well.  Climbing Higher and what needs to be done moving forward.
