The third quarter saw a major change in the Winnipeg Jets roster with G.M. Kevin Cheveldayoff pulling off a blockbuster trade with The Buffalo Sabres. Evander Kane (season ending surgery) and Zach Bogosian were replaced by Drew Stafford and Tyler Myers. [Read more…]

The Winnipeg Jets have kept themselves in the playoff race despite many writing off their chances prior to the season. I will give my two cents on the teams strengths and opportunities at the quarter mark of the season. Flying Steady is what they have done well. Climbing Higher and what needs to be done moving forward.

The Winnipeg Jets have finished the month of October with a 4-5-1 record or 4 wins and 6 loses. There has been a lot of talk on twitter and on talk radio about the Winnipeg Jets line-up and what the line combos could be, should be and especially with the return of Evander Kane. [Read more…]
