Eleven every ten
My theory is that if you can garner a minimum of eleven points in every ten game segment (on average) and win those two extra games you should be in the playoffs or be in the hunt on the last weekend of the season. The team would have ninety-two points. In 2013-14 the Dallas Stars grabbed the last playoff spot with 91 points.

The Winnipeg Jets have kept themselves in the playoff race despite many writing off their chances prior to the season. I will give my two cents on the teams strengths and opportunities at the quarter mark of the season. Flying Steady is what they have done well. Climbing Higher and what needs to be done moving forward.

Winnipeg Jets fans would likely respond “of course!” I ask not to question a fan’s belief in their team but from a realistic winning stand point is this team for real. Are they finally turning it around and playing the right way?
